Why was a redesign pursued?

The main objective of this research is to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize the user experience, both in terms of functionality and usability.

"It’s more convenient to access the page through the phone’s browser since it offers more options and often works better than the app."

It’s only useful for checking the movie listings and nothing else (...) Uninstalling!

"When trying to access the QR code for scanning and printing, the app doesn’t display the code, only a summary with the reservation number, seats, and movie title. The app’s design is not intuitive at all."

We understood that the exploration needed to focus on offering a complete experience when going to the cinema, maintaining the premise of providing information before the screening, but also adding value during and after it.

We organized the app structure to ensure a clear and intuitive navigation. Main sections and hierarchies were defined, adding new features like achievements, monthly games, and interactive filters.
